Dubai Property market soon to recover

The Dubai Property market is currently at the lowest peak and is certainly take a u turn and head towards the highest peak. The worst will soon be over says Ali Rashid Lootah, chairman of Nakheel PJSC. Buyers are now getting involved in purchacing properties with slight corrections in property prices. More serious customers and cautious investors are interested with the maturing property market of Dubai.

The chairman of Nakheel Properties said the market in Dubai was bottoming out despite a 30 per cent fall in value for the first seven months of the year, according to the Dubai Land Department.

Dubai’s fantastic transportation, education, business and leisure facilities already encourage large numbers of individuals to love, perform and expend leisure time in the city. As the metropolis remains to improve, so does the requirement for more housing and fascination for residents, visitors and business men's. All of this means more new and lucrative opportunities for investors.
